Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

Robin’s Credit Development (“Robin’s Credit Development”, “we”, or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information are also subject to our Privacy Policy at https://rcdconsultant.com/privacy-policy-page-8905. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.


Program Description

We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program.

Promotional messages advertise and promote our services and may include credit education content, special offers, service updates, important announcements, and reminders about expiring opportunities.

Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing relationship and may include appointment reminders, account updates, document requests, onboarding instructions, deadlines, and other service-related notifications.

Messages may be sent using automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 5 messages in a single day.

You agree that we may send messages related to the topics above (or any topic related to your relationship with us) and that such messages may originate from different phone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program, but standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile provider.


User Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you voluntarily opt-in to the Program and agree to receive recurring mobile messages at the number provided—even if your number is listed on a state or federal “Do Not Call” list.

You confirm that the mobile number you provide is valid and that you are the owner or authorized user. If your number changes, you agree to notify us promptly at [email protected].

Participation is not required to make any purchase or use our services. Opting into the Program is fully voluntary.


User Opt-Out and Support

You may opt-out of the Program at any time.

To stop receiving text messages from us, reply with STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message we send. Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation message and discontinue sending further messages. Please note that you may still receive service-related or transactional messages for a short period while your request is being processed.

Our system may not recognize variations of opt-out commands (e.g., “please stop messaging me”), and we cannot be held liable for failing to honor non-compliant requests.

We may also update the phone number or short code used for the Program. If you send opt-out requests to an outdated number or short code, we may not receive them and are not responsible for any failure to honor such requests.


Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or through all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected message delivery.


Modifications

We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted under applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when posted on our website. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
