1. General Information

These Terms govern your use of our website https://rcdconsultant.com and any services provided by Robin’s Credit Development.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Our Services

Robin’s Credit Development provides credit education, credit repair, and consulting services in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
We assist clients in identifying and disputing inaccurate, unverifiable, or obsolete items on their credit reports and offer guidance to improve their overall credit health.

Important:

We do not guarantee specific credit score increases or loan approvals.

Results may vary depending on each client’s unique credit profile and financial behavior.

RCD is not a law firm, and our services do not constitute legal advice.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Be a U.S. resident

Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment

Agree to all terms outlined in this document

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to meet these conditions or misrepresents their information.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information to RCD

Maintain active communication throughout the service period

Make timely payments for services as agreed

Avoid applying for excessive credit or engaging in fraudulent activity during the repair process

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may delay or impact your results.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your client agreement or invoice.

By enrolling, you authorize Robin’s Credit Development to charge your chosen payment method according to the agreed-upon plan.
We do not charge upfront fees for credit repair services, in accordance with federal law (CROA § 15 U.S.C. 1679b).

If payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until your account is brought current.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your services with RCD at any time.
To cancel, send a written notice by email to [email protected] or by mail to:

All cancellations will take effect upon confirmation.
If services were rendered before cancellation, you remain responsible for any applicable fees.

7. Refund Policy

We are committed to transparency and fairness.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

RCD failed to perform agreed-upon services; or

You cancel within the permitted period before services begin.

Refunds will not be issued for results that vary due to individual credit factors beyond our control.

8. Communications Consent (TCPA Compliance)

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive:

Service updates, appointment reminders, and support messages

Promotional offers or educational content related to our services

Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to SMS messages or unsubscribing from emails.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Robin’s Credit Development or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Robin’s Credit Development is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website

Delays, errors, or credit outcomes outside of our control

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Credit repair outcomes vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, creditor responses, credit bureau procedures, and client cooperation.
RCD cannot and does not guarantee any specific credit score improvements, deletions, or approvals.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, located in your state of residence.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
All updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date revised.
